Physically similar to Mher, the impact of this side table is entirely different. Smaller proportions and a surface slab made of glossy variegated Pale Moon Ebony, Mhir is a more delicate piece. Offset by the dark wood base, the golden lustre of its surface slab appears illuminated as from within.

With a tabletop that rests so lightly upon its two scroll-like bases that it gives the impression of floating, the generous dimensions of this piece exceed the requirements of a coffee table and in so doing, imbue it with a presence that verges on the primal. An exploration of the power of over-scaling.
